Wonder of Wonders
Life if filled with wonders. Mister Bill's wonder-of-wonders is the cell phone; he notes we now do [with our cell phones] what Dick Tracy did 91 years ago, even talk to our wrist watches! As Mister Bill often says, "who'da thunk it!" To wonder is to marvel or arouse emotions of awe, astonishment or admiration. "Herein is wonder of wonders: He came below to raise me above, was born like me that I might become like Him." (The Valley of Vision). Who woulda-coulda imagine The God of the universe would take-on flesh in order to experience human pain and suffering, even death! "But we do see Him Who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. For it was fitting for Him, for Whom are all things, and through Whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to perfect the Author of their salvation through suffering." (Hebrews 2:9-10, NASB). In all things [known to mankind], Christ suffered and emerged victorious so that we [too] might do the same through Him. Oh, marvel at what a Savior ... the Wonder of wonders!
