Little Less Me

Time has taught us "natural" is a healthier choice. Those additives and fillers haven't proven to be so smart after all.  God says,  "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves." (Philippians 2:3). The natural presence of  selfishness and pride in us is why we are commanded to replace them with Godly characteristics. Selfish pride always promotes one person - me! What a contrast to putting others first, making them more important than ourselves. Can you imagine how different our world would be if we set ourselves aside for the sake others! Just like less-is-better in the physical realm so it is in the spiritual. Let's ask God to help us live with a ... little-less-me.
